基本信息：王旭明，教授（二级），博士，博士生导师。1991年毕业于宁夏大学物理教育专业，1998年毕业于广西大学理论物理专业，2001年毕业于中国科学院等离子体物理研究所等离子体物理专业，分别获理学学士、硕士、博士学位。2001年入职宁夏大学，从事物理学教学和科研工作。2006年入选“教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划”，2009年入选“国家百千万人才工程”第三层次。先后获“宝钢”优秀教师奖、全区百名优秀行业青年标兵、银川市爱岗敬业模范等荣誉。主要社会兼职有中国物理学会理事、教育部物理学类专业教学指导委员会西北地区工作委员会副主任委员、宁夏物理学会理事长、宁夏科普作家学会副理事长、宁夏大学学报（自然科学版）编委，国家自然科学基金项目、长江学者奖励计划通讯评审专家，Physica A, Modern Physics Letters B, Chinese Physics B,物理学报等物理学重要学术期刊审稿人。任宁夏回族自治区重点学科凝聚态物理学科带头人、宁夏沙漠信息智能感知重点实验室学术委员会副主任等。

教学情况：主讲本科生固体物理学，硕士生群论，博士生高等统计物理、复杂系统理论等课程。主持研究生教育创新项目，负责物理学本科专业建设等工作。先后2次获宁夏回族自治区高等学校优秀硕士学位论文指导教师，多次被评为宁夏大学优秀研究生指导教师。

--研究生培养情况：毕业硕士研究生27人、博士研究生2人；在读博士研究生4人。

科研情况：从事统计物理与复杂系统领域的研究工作，主要研究方向有不连续系统的特征动力学、河网泥沙输运与河网演化、人类动力学、生物组织中的活性物质输运、非平衡统计物理等。先后主持4项国家自然科学基金项目、3项省部级科研项目，参与多项国家自然科学基金项目和省部级项目。在Physics Letters A，Journal of Statistical Mechanics，Physica A，The European Physical Journal D，International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos，Nonlinear Dynamics ,物理学报等国内外学术期刊和国内国际会议发表学术论文70余篇、BookChapter1篇，其中SCI、EI收录近30篇。8篇论文获宁夏自然科学优秀论文奖（3篇一等奖），获宁夏科技进步奖（二等奖、三等奖各1项）和宁夏青年科技奖等科技奖励。
