简介:从事凝聚态物理学相关研究,理学硕士。2010年6月于山东大学物理学院获得理学硕士学位。从事凝聚态物理磁学与磁性材料相关领域的研究工作,主要研究方向包括:磁性半导体的制备和相关理论研究。

教学内容:大学物理、概率论与数理统计、离散数学

研究方向:半导体的磁、光性质;半导体缺陷与自旋物理;纳米结构中的界面结构与界面效应;电子结构计算的新方法。
